Q: what's your favorite food?
A: Fries - It's a toss-up between Flemish Stew and vol-au-vent; both absolutely delicious in their own way especially with a generous helping of fries

Q: What are your favorite shiny pokémon?
A: My absolute favorite shiny pokémon would be Larvesta ^^ I'm also a fan of most shiny pokémon with a drastic change in their colour palette [being a blue shiny also helps x'D ]

Q: What books do you like reading?
A: Fantasy ♥ I do venture forth into other genres, even romance sometimes, but there's something about the way new worlds unravel before you that absolutely makes me love fantasy *o*
I'm currently devouring the Game of Thrones books, courtesy of a friend who let me borrow them :)
There are also three 'subjects' I'll always read about, regardless of the genre, because they interest me regardless of what kind of story it is.
Names, books and language; give me any fiction and non-fiction book that revolves around these, and I'll probably love it x'D
When it comes to online fanfiction-stuff, just try and keep me away from domestic/family!AU fluff.

Q: Why do you like pokémon so much?
A: I actually didn't at first x'D It just grew on me. though I'm still not really a fan of the main anime series, exploring the new world(s) is always fascinating *shrug*

Q: What's your current relationship status?
A: Single and loving it :p

Q: Have anyone of you met any of the other mods in real life (Old or new mods any)?
A: Nope, but I've planned to meet up with Garou :) I'd love to meet the others as well, though ^^

Q: What's your top OTP? (If you want to keep it short, you can say one only!)
A: ...I ...I can't pick TT.TT I usually don't have a favourite pairing, simply a favourite character and read any and all fanfiction I find of them, though I tend to like the more rare pairing stories more ^^
Currently, those central characters are Sanji from One Piece and Hijikata from Gintama :)

I was planning on dropping a list of my (current) OTP for each series I follow from time to time, but it was already over 10 series long and nowhere close to finished so I decided to drop it x'D

Q: What are your current goals?
A: PokéHeroes goal - getting to 4000 straight correct answers in Hangman; Getting enough Ice and Flying Gems to have a decent shot at hunting a Shiny Articuno. That Ice bird is gonna be mine *determined*
Real life goal - getting a job x'D

Q: Is it very tough to be a mod? I figure it's way too stressful or something.;;
A: Some days can be stressful, yeah. I've applied for the job, though, and I don't regret a single second of it ^^

Q: What is your favorite videogame (aside from Pokemon)?
A: Dragon Quest ♥ I also love puzzle games [like Professor Layton] and recently got Kingdom Hearts Remastered 1.5 and 2.5 *o*
I also absolutely loved Suikoden Tierkreis~

Q: Favourite Pokesona/OC?
A: TanTan! While I absolutely love Larvesta and my Larvesta OCs, TanTan will always be my number one OC ^o^ I don't have a picture of her, but she looks like a fairly normal Volcarona sorry

Q: What's your greatest pet peeve on PH ouo?
A: Impatient users. Pick a mod to ask your question to and stick to it; don't start messaging every possible Mod, just because you don't want to wait W.W

Q: Have you ever been to a musical/live show/ Concert?
A: Yepyep; several even, though not all as successful :) [can I count Graspop Metal Meeting as well?]

Q: How did you find out about this game?
A: Back on ye olden PokéFarm there was a link to this in someone's Signature [might've been Riako's, can't remember] I've been here since the very first day ^^

Q: What is your favourite movie & favourite car ??
A: Favourite movie - Ocean's 11 [and sequels]; it's so outside of my favourite genre, but I enjoy the whole thought process of the entire thing no matter how many times I see it *^*

On a more serious note, I don't like cars; I'll always check trains, trams and/or busses before stepping in either my mom's or my dad's car if necessary. However, with public transport in Belgium being as reliable as it is definitely room for improvement, I will have to buy (or at least rent) a car when I move out of my parents' house.
The car I dislike the least whenever it comes time to get my own, would be either a Ford or a Skoda, preferably in the Fiesta of Octavia series.

A: Laïs, which is a Belgian folk band. Don't really have a favourite member, though :p

A: Poppies [white or purple] or Crocus [black] ♥

A: Blue~ Either transparent Ice blue or Sky blue my desk is Midnight blue

A: There isn't really one aspect I like more than others of either of my parents :p

A: I like them :p I just like cats a whole lot more xD
I'm not very fond of sudden/loud noises and some dogs are the living personification [animafication? idk] of sudden loudness so I get startled/scared easily by them. I like petting them [after asking permission, of course], but it won't really relax me as I get scared into stopping if they start barking ^^'

A: My favourite animal is the cat [it used to be the otter] and my favourite pet is Morena~

A2: Quilladin; don't get me wrong, I don't really dislike it [there's not a single pokémon I really don't like], I just don't get it.

A: Absolutely!

A: I've worked with all three at least once and don't really have one :p As long as my laptop/computer does what I ask of it, I don't care what's running x'D
I think I don't need anything specific enough to get done to decide which would be best.
(My dad and brother swear by Linux, though)

A: I kinda like Charizard X, because it's colour scheme is totally different from the normal Charizard [and Charizard Y]; Sceptile looks pretty neat too.

A: I am absolutely in love with anime and manga *o* Though my favourite manga and my favourite anime aren't the same. My favourite manga is Dragon Knight, my favourite anime is Gundam Wing ^^

A: Kitties! Fluffy, huggable, toe bean kitty cats ♥

I think it grew on me, the more I hyped myself up for collecting the necessary Ice Gems for shiny Articuno. It's not just because of the Icy bird though, it's just when I realised it x'D

A: Being alone in the truest sense of the word; nobody to talk to and share experiences with.

A: I don't really have one ^^'

A: Marco Polo from Loreena McKennitt
There are a lot of songs I love, but I'm partial to instrumental, so Marco Polo wins each and every time xD

A: Based on the languages I already know [and am currently learning], starting Russian would be very interesting, because it's very different :)

Q: What subjects interest(ed) you the most at school?
A: I was most interested in mathematics in high school, but leaned more towards English when starting University.

A: Markus Heitz and Bernhard Hennen; they have created wonderful worlds I love exploring which each new book I read ^^

A: De Taal der Spreuken, which would be "Spellwright" for the official English title, by Blake Charlton.

Q: Have any of you guys ever tried competitive battling on the Pokémon games, or on an online battling site like Showdown? If yes, did you enjoy it at all?
A: Nope :p While I know that battling is an important part of the Main games, it's the part I least enjoy, so I never had the interest to venture into competitive battling and probably never will.

Q: Have you ever broken the PH rules :'o
A: Never! I wouldn't even dream of it; I'd probably feel guilty for the rest of my life, even if I did it accidentally ;^;
I like my clean slate, drenched in bad behaviour >:3

Q: If you had to pick one Pokemon to own in real life as your pet, what would it be and why?
A: Larvesta! I don't care it would probably burn my house down and destroy the world while it's at it; the fluff, I want all all the fluff ♥

Q: On a scale of 1-10, how tired are you at any given time?
A: 1 being not tired at all and 10 being "haven't slept in a week, where's my bed" tired?
I probably sit somewhere between 3-4; sometimes a decent 5. My sleep schedule is too messed up at the moment to get a decent night's rest and recover my lost sleep x'D

Q: What is the weirdest thing someone has said to you since you became a moderator?
A: I don't think sharing that would be allowed as per the rules :'D
I'm also constantly mentioned as either an "he" or an "it" *shrug*

Q: It's the Zombie apocalypse! Pick your weapon for survival!
A: Probably an axe. If I'm not using it to get the Zombies to back off, I can use it to chop wood and start a fire as an additional weapon.

A: Gintama~ I haven't seen Haikyuu, so that's an easy choice ^^'

Q: If you could add any event pokemon into Pokeheroes, what would it be and how would you obtain it?
A: I'd love (another) Larvesta Event ♥ Though, I'd probably add an Autumn/Winter Mareep-line; I don't care what anyone says, that family feels incomplete with only the warm months >.>

Q: How would you react if you walked into your room, and it was full of kittens, or puppies, or whatever your favourite animal is. Like, the animals are just in there, chillin', and walking around like they actually own the place.
A: walking around like they actually own the place That's what cats do; I got six running around to prove it x'D If I were to stumble upon my room like that, I'd probably squeak from delight and start hugging and playing with as many as the little fluff balls as possible. And then fall asleep under a blanket of cats <(^o^)>

A: Anything with ^^ and =3

Q: Do you like Football? If so, who is your favorite team? If not, what sport do you like, then?
A: Meh, people running after a ball has never really entertained me.
I personally enjoy swimming and running, even if I don't have the stamina to do either for long stretches of time x'D

Q: Lets imagine its a zombie apocalypse, k? So you can have one Pokemon come to live and fight with you to survive. What would you want that Pokemon to be? It doesn't have to be your favorite.
A: Well, it doesn't have to be my favourite, but I'd still pick Larvesta [or maybe Volcarona] x'D
The String Shot can be used to make myself a decent (temporary) shelter [and keep me safe up high in trees] and the fire would keep both the Zombies at bay and get my food cooked, so I don't accidentally give myself food poisoning. Something tells me I've put way too much thought into this ^^'

Q: Something has been broken! What will you use to fix it?
Glue or Duck tape?
A: Duck tape; we only use glue when we're constructing something. Fixes are always made with duck tape [for some reason] ^^'

Q: What background and header styles do you have?
A: This might be really obvious, but I have the frozen sea as background and Articuno as my Header ^^

Q: Favorite Eeveelution?
A: I've always loved looking at Flareon and Umbreon and that's the only thing I can base this answer on, as I never use them in battle x'D

Q: Can you draw?
A: Nope; I like to think I draw decent enough to convey my idea well enough [went to the drawing academy/school when I was way younger and I guess some things stuck is that even a thing outside of Belgium], but I've never been interested in finding my own technique and perfecting it. I simply enjoy playing with words way too much ^^

A: *points to username* Yeah, I absolutely love cats :p

A: Yes, 6 of 'em. All rescues/domesticated strays [European shorthair if you want the fancy name]

Q: Why is the sky blue?
A: Oooh, science time - Pretty sure it has something to do with the light, shattering as it enters our atmosphere. Some colours are left alone, but the blue wavelengths are absorbed and scattered again in all possible directions, including towards us, which gives the sky its blue colour.

A: Euhm, I don't know? I've only seen a decent amount [pretty much all] episodes that included Misty, and she definitely isn't my favourite with her whining about that bike
I haven't seen enough episodes with the other female protagonists to make my choice among them, though ^^'

Q: What do you think of Harry Potter Books? Specially the first 5 parts?
I really liked them; I was also at the perfect age to "grow" with the books. Each a little more 'mature' than the previous and a perfect match for my age. It's also a genre [fantasy] I thoroughly enjoy, so that definitely helped ^^

Q: Your thoughts on Ash-Greninja?
A: My thoughts when I read about it "Not again. [exasperated sigh] Do we really need to keep giving special things to Ash?" So... yeah. Not a fan... definitely not a fan.

A: I'm not planning on getting married, ever. Even if I ever feel the need to share my life with someone, getting married would still not be in my future plans.
As for my plans for the future; I'm not really all that ambitious. Get a school I'd like to teach in and do so until I retire xD

A: I'd have to pick Reshiram; I just like fire more than I like electric ^^

A: Does my thyroid medicine count? I don't eat breakfast and considering I have to wait half an hour before I'm even allowed to eat, it's even easier to forget about it.

A: I like what can be done with coding and how everything seems to fit together. I also like testing the code(s) my brother and/or father wrote, because I seem to have a knack to get things broken which is a good thing, so they can work out the bugs. Just don't expect me to write anything myself, because I have no actual knowledge about that part x'D

A: If we do, I've seriously missed out x'D But no, we don't and I don't mind it one bit ^^

A: I'm sorry, but I really don't drink soda [aside from Gini Zero] ^^' I used to drink Coke, though. A very long time ago, but I did drink it so I guess that's my answer? I stopped drinking it, even before my wisdom tooth demanded it

A: Seems loud? I have no idea what it means [if anything] and mostly feel confused about the question ^^'

Q: Have you ever found any loose ends in a TV show, video game etc.?
A: Yep! Most commonly it's when a character appears in only one scene/episode and later on something is mentioned that completely ignores everything that happened in the scene/episode. At the end credits [of the game/series], I'm just left wondering "But wait, what happened with that one character you all seem to be ignoring/forgetting about?"

Q: Favorite chocolate bar?
A: Can't I just have some wonderful, Belgian dark chocolate possibly with some nuts? Does that count as a 'bar'? :'D

Q: Do you ever get bored of PH? If yes, What do you do?
A: Nope x'D If I get bored with what I'm doing at the moment, I just start playing Hangman :p

Q: Out of all of the 7 sins, which one do you think you have committed the most?
A: Gluttony. I used to be severely overweight and eat anything I could get my hands on. I did manage to lose the excess weight, but I was definitely gluttonous for a long time.

To give this a little context and show that this is a genuine answer rather than a joke, let me add that I sleep in a sofa bed.
If I want to, I can and will pull it out to a double bed, but ever since it got put together, I've been sleeping on it in 'sofa' mode. As such, the springboards and mattress have been folded together in the bottom of it and are 'under' my bed/the place I sleep :p There might be some dust, but as all sides are covered to the floor [different from a real bed], it won't be much ^^

Q: What music were you listening to recently?
A: Skillet [which is apparently Christian rock? Huh, you learn something new every day], Amaranthe, Nailpin and Starset... And on the other side of the spectrum Laïs and Loreena McKennitt x'D

Q: What's the most romantic thing that has ever happened to you?
A: I went to a dinner with a friend as a celebration for finishing our internship. He's gay and I'm asexual/not interested. It was fun~ ♥

Q: And what's the most embarrassing moment in your life so far?
A: My brother went to my high school graduation ceremony wearing slippers. I still feel embarrassed every time I think about it.

Q: Which school lecture did you dislike most?
A: PE, for several reasons.
[In general] You didn't get marked on your progress, but on some arbitrarily decided goals you had to make, regardless of body type. [Which I think is still the case?]
[My teacher specifically] Because right handedness is more common, my teacher didn't think it was necessary to give everyone equal treatment and insisted on using "dominant [body part]" rather than "left/right body part" and got mad whenever I did what she asked.
I also had to figure out a lot of the specifics in several sports when it came to the differences on my own, because she couldn't be bothered to explain it for lefties.

Q: Which new subject would you like to have in school?
A: I'm out of school x'D I would've loved some culture classes, where you learn/discover different cultures and the differences/similarities between them ^^

Q: Would you shave your head bald for 1000€?
A: Sure! It'll grow back soon enough :p

A: Tea [as long as it's not black]

A: Yeah, I am ^^' Though I try to avoid showing them.

A: If I think I did something wrong or am doing something that can rub people the wrong way, I tend to apologize ad nauseam. If they weren't annoyed at me [yet], they'll probably be after the endless apologies W.W I also tend to think and type way too much ^^'

A: Slugs and snails. Keep those slimy things away from me *shudder*

A: Seel and Larvesta; just because I can x'D I'd love to see what a fusion like that would look like ^^

Q: What is your goal in life outside of PH?
A: Becoming a teacher and helping kids/teens/pre-adults with any problems they might have ^^

In open sea, it'll have more blueish colours with green rings/spots, while it'll take on a more brownish appearance [with red rings/spots] in shallow pools and lakes.
it's based on a sea snake; 'Sui' means 'water' and 'phii' comes from 'Hydrophiinae' which is the Latin family name for 'sea snake'

A: Already answered the PH-part a while back still impatience :p
Outside of PH, impatience is also a pet peeve of mine. Another one would be people looking over my shoulder, instead of simply asking. I don't mind sharing what I'm laughing/crying about, but please just ask to look at my screen ^^'

If PH were to suddenly be taken down, I'd probably send Riako a message, trying to figure out if what just happened, really happened and stare at my screen in horror and disbelief.

A: Some 3D sprites are really good, but some are very wonky... For consistency's sake, I'd pick the Gen 5 sprites.

A: Probably ^^' I don't really keep track of my game time and I play too many games at the same time to remember which games I've played to exhaustion x'D

We're not making (or allowing) a Badge Guide; it would only make it harder for users who don't want to be spoiled, to avoid it. A: The first two I can think of are Nidoqueen and Slowbro. Not because I hate the colours, but because they make no sense in their respective family. Shiny Nidoran M family followed the colour scheme of the normal Nidoran M family, but shiny Nidoran F family doesn't do the same O.o
Same for Slowbro; Slowpoke and Slowking have the same colour palette, but Slowbro falls outside >.>

A: One thing I've always found important, for anyone in a 'higher' position is being able to admit to your mistakes and being willing/able to listen. Patience is also pretty high on the list :'D

Q: What do you think is the most overrated thing that is Pokemon or PH related?
A: PIKACHU. I'm sorry, I understand it's a cute mouse and pretty marketable, but I have no love lost for it. I don't particularly hate the pokémon, but I do hate all the fuss and the attention that's always drawn to it, simply because of the anime.

A: I´d choose Hydreigon as my partner. It´s a dragon, it has three heads, it can learn fire moves and it can fly. Together we´ll fight those zombies!

We met at the end of november, 6 years ago, on the parking area of the next town´s grocery store.
I wanted to go home, with full plastic bags in each hand when suddenly a car appeared and almost ran over me. I jumped and got me safe when the owner of the car got out of his car, asking if everything was okay. I was so angry, that I yelled at him, starting to insult him in like 3 languages simultaneosly (german, english and finnish). It was embarrassing for us both, tbh. Some days later we met again and well, he apologized, I accepted, we became friends. A few weeks later we became a couple and since that day, we´re together. It´s six years now and I hope it will last forever. And yup, the guy who almost ran over me with his car was Koutarou xD

Answer: My username based on the Manga/Anime Noragami. Yato is one of the main characters and it was love at first sight when I watched it. I still love this name, even I don't use a Yato avatar anymore. Yatos name means "helping you through the night or watching over you in the night" His true name is also Yaboku, so "Yaboku no Kami" in Japanese. A figurative translation of his name "Yaboku no Kami" translates I'm the "Spirit who grants dark wishes". Does it still make sense? xD
