In a battle, there super healing could be used without charging the power.

This would be waaaayyy too Overpowered. People would be Super Healing a lot. There's a good reason it requires a charge, to even out the balance.

If "Super Healing" would be possible without charging, than so would anything that needs charging. It would severely unbalance battling and 'normal' healing [or anything else "normal"] would no longer have any use.

As mentioned, this suggestion would make Super Healing too Overpowered. With the impact it would have on the game, and the general feeling among the user base (100% no support), this suggestion will not be implemented.
