CHARACTER FORM
Name:
Gender:
Age:
Species:
Abilities:
Appearance:
Weapon:
History:
Alliances:
Others:

Waffle's Characters Shall Reside Here:
Name: Fallow Lovelock
Show hidden content
Gender: Female
Age: Somewhere at the end of her teens, stopped counting.
Species: Some sort of hybrid demon
Abilities: Teleportation (not across large distances and it exhausts her terribly), fire resistance, invisibility (cannot touch anybody while in this mode), hovering.
Appearance: A rather short and petite frame. She has thick turquoise-colored curls that reach her shoulder blades and fair, pale skin. Her eyes are large and icy blue. She seems to be rather innocent in appearance. There are small black horns erupting out of her head, although it isn't visible because of the way she styles her hair. She has a long, heart-shaped, devil-like tail and small black wings ringed in gray.
Weapon: She has an extendable spear, but is not extremely skilled with it and prefers other methods.
History: She was born along with her twin, Marshall (who was also a hybrid). However, as her mother was a servant for the king of her realm, they were sold off to the king as servants. Because of their hybrid-ness, she and her brother were kept for military uses and were trained since a young age. The kingdom had stopped treating them kindly when their king was overthrown by his step-son, resulting in Marshall having a power outbreak and allowing them to escape with little consequence.
Alliances: ~
Others: Fallow lacks physical ability and strength, and is not good in close-combat.

Name: Marshall Lovelock
Show hidden content
Age: Same as Fallow's.
Gender: Male
Species: Some sort of hybrid
Abilities: Illusions of darkness, ability to move items. He regenerates slightly faster than a human would.
Appearance: Is tall and willowy in build. Wears a red-and-black plaid button-up shirt and jeans. Pitch-black hair. He has almost striking amber eyes.
Weapon: Gun blades
History: Same as Fallow's.
Alliances: Fallow, your charas
Others: His physical ability and strength makes up for Fallow's.

Name: Trauma Windbyrn
Show hidden content
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Species: Snow elf
Abilities: Can create snow and hail. He can also jump extremely high.
Appearance: Trauma is tall, and has a semi-muscled build that doesn't really show through his cloak, which is a dark blue. He has thick, spiky white hair with one blue streak and the trademark pointy elf ears. His ears are pierced at the top with a ring-like earring that has some sort of ancient rune on it. Because of being a snow elf, he is extremely pale and sensitive to the heat. He has light gray eyes.
Weapon: Two daggers, kept hidden at his side, as well as a longbow.
History: He had a fairly average childhood with his father, who taught him how to hunt and survive on his own. Living on the outskirts of a more traditional elf village, he hasn't had much human interaction besides always being with his father. He can make small talk, but usually avoids strangers unless he deems them innocent enough to not kill him. As his father reached the end of his middle age, he "decided" Trauma could go out on his own and sent him into the human dimension, where he has been coping.
Alliances: ~~~
Others: *EDIT* Will almost definitely certainly become a side character, will probably pop in every now and then
This was a rushed character let's just not speak about this shhh

Name: Abeline Morrow
Age: Sixteen
Gender: Female
Species: Shapeshifter fite me
Abilities: Able to transform into her spirit animal, a doe. She has noticed that when she "challenges" people with her eyes, they become intimidated, though she believes this is just because of their icy quality and sharp lines. Also, she has an uncanny ability for throwing her voice
Appearance (CHANGING IT TO DESCRIPTION) Description: Abeline is a tall, delicate creature. Her long legs are strikingly thin, along with her arms. She was built for grace and speed. She rarely fights hand to hand. Rather, she attacks with her bow, preferring the rustic weapon over a gun because it is quieter.
Her face is long and thin. She has unremarkable cheekbones, and cold, gray eyes. Her ears are oddly small, and ear buds often dangle from them, even though they are never plugged into anything. She believes that it gives her the impression of an "innocent."
Her hair is long, wait-length, tangled brown hair. It has an oddly course feel to it, as if it has gathered enough knots to make one super-beast of hair. She plans on cutting it soon.
Tan and lithe are two words that describe Abeline's body. Her skin tone is a warm, rich tanned color from all the time she spends in the sunlight. Her natural skin color is much more pale than what she has become. She carries around a bag that holds her clothing in it for when she transforms.
Weapon: Bow, as mentioned before! :3
History: Abeline had a fairly average childhood, up to the ripe age of fifteen. This was when her parents broke the news that she was a shape-shifter. After they showed her proof, she went ballistic, and killed her father by accident. The next day, the cops came to her house, but she was gone, without a trace. She now spends her life on the run.
Alliances: N/A
Others: Waffles are Dragons too!
(I'm just gonna keep one character for now, I may add more later. I dunno! XD)

Fallow, sitting on the branch of a pine tree, looked up at the sky. It had been cast with shades of indigo from the current twilight, the clouds overhead darkening the ground. The stars barely seemed to poke out of the sky, as if shy to show their faces in the first stages of night. There was a very soft breeze that came from the north. The sun, a golden disc, had been hidden in the midst of the trees. She inhaled sharply, her stomach churning as she focused on the ground below her.

A dark-purple void appeared, as if she had ripped the fabrics of something, and she appeared on the ground. The soft moss on the ground provided cushion, but she knew it was a terrible place to rest for the night. "Marshall? We need to go find a cave or something," she said softly, standing up and looking over at her twin hybrid. "You've got a point. Let's go," he replied, beginning to trek towards the north.

Abeline raised her head, an ear twitching to the left of herself. A creature, two of them, by the sound of it, were walking northwards. She sucked in a deep breath; there hadn't been any creatures in this area that she was aware of.
She stealthily crept towards the duo, annoyed that her hooves made branches snap underneath her hooves. From behind a blackthorn bush, she watched the pair steadily walk forwards. She narrowed her eyes slightly. Were they from around here? Surely they knew that the area to which they were heading was infested with Were-Bears.

Marshall holstered his gunblade casually, looking over at Fallow. She seemed tired, but he didn't really blame her. His eyes snapped over to the side, hearing the sound of twigs snapping underneath feet. Seeing nothing, he concluded that it was probably just a deer that had run away. "You sure you know the forest?" He asked, looking over at his sibling. "Who said that? But we're probably fine."

Abeline studied the two as they conversed. Two sides of her warred with each other, the human one, and the animalistic one. The human part of her wanted to warn these two that there was danger ahead, but the animalistic one screamed to hide.
Biting her lip, she came upon a decision. She morphed into her human form, and grabbed clothing from her side-bag that she brought everywhere (that was totally in the desc.). She slipped them on soundlessly before loping silently to a tree.
She grinned as the cool night air kissed her cheeks; this was where she belonged. She scrambled up the tree, barely rustling a leaf, and settled on a branch. From this point, she growled as menacingly as she could, hoping that it would scare off the two people... er, creatures.

"What the heck was--" Fallow began to say, although Marshall cut her off by shooting his gunblade towards the tree stump. It barely missed the source of the noise, but he yanked the chain that connected the blade. It automatically retracted, making him holster the blade and backing away. His eyes were narrowed. "Walk away," Fallow murmured into his ear, grabbing his arm and yanking him away from the tree.

Abeline jumped as a blade lodged itself next to her. She yelped and jumped slightly, hitting her head on the branch above her. Dizzy, her foot slipped on the branch and she tumbled to the ground, impacting with a slight thump.
She sat up, her head fuzzy, and certain that the two had seen her. She morphed quickly into her deer form, cursing as her clothes were shredded by her grown form, and stumbled away on unsteady legs. She collapsed just before reaching a bush.
(I don't even know anymore q-q I want them to meet, pardon my impatientness! :3)

(Ahaha a destiny that cannot be avoided)
Fallow teleported in front of the creature, looking down on it as it had fallen. "You're not a simple forest doe. Show yourself, would you?" She said, softly but not at all intimidating--the intimidation was shown in her eyes. Her tail flicked swiftly, right before Marshall walked up next to her.

For a moment, all she did was stare at the two. They made for an odd duo, with the woman's aqua colored curls and the man's haunting eyes. She took them in, committing them to memory. Well, they haven't killed me yet, she thought, trying to look on the bright-side.
Abeline shook her head. She tried to speak, but the mouth of a doe was not meant to do(e) so. All that came out was strangled speech. She motioned at her body with her head, trying to get her point across. Exasperated, she put a hoof on a scrap of clothing nearby and then nudged her head at a satchel. My clothing, I'm naked! she screamed in her mind, as if that could convey a message.

"Are you alright?" Marshall asked, looking at the doe. "I don't think shape-shifters morph with clothes, Marsh," Fallow murmured, looking through her backpack. "Uh... Wait, I still have one of those dresses from the maids. I don't know what gender you are, but this is all I have," Fallow murmured, looking at the doe. She laid down the clothing at the ground in front of the doe.

Gratefully, Abeline picked up the dress with her teeth, heaved herself to her feet, and, wobbling slightly, made her way behind a bush. She morphed silently, and shrugged the dress on. Even though she didn't have any undergarments on, she was at least presentable to another semi-human.
She crept back out into the open. "Umm..." She started uncertainly. "Hi." Her eyes locked on to her bag. "I'm just, uh, gonna grab that." She swooped down and picked up the satchel, resting it on her shoulder. "So, um, what are you two doing out here?"

"Well, hi there," Marshall murmured insouciantly. The moment the creature asked her question, Fallow and Marshall looked at each other with question. After a second, Marshall gave the slightly shake of his head and they turned back to her. "Ran away from home," he said quickly. "And you?" Fallow said, her voice wispy and faraway like most times.

Abeline laughed uncomfortably. "Yeah, basically the same here." She swerved away from the topic, asking instead, "You two aren't from around here, are you?" She chuckled. "You were heading right towards a nest of were-bears, and from the sound of it," her keen ears picked up on roars and growls from the distance, "they're active tonight."

"Oh... we haven't been here for long. We travel around a lot," Marshall murmured, looking to the side. Fallow levitated a tiny bit next to him, enough for her height to reach Marshall's. "My name is Fallow... this is Marshall, by the way. You?" She asked nervously, barely keeping eye contact.

"I'm Abeline. Most people call me-" she choked off painfully. "Never mind. Do you need somewhere to stay? I've lived around here for two or three weeks, and I have a little hollow in a tree. It's not much, but it's all I have." She cocked her head, waiting for their responses. "Well?"

Now isn't she just adoeable
"I--we... that'd be really nice... t-thank you, Abeline," Fallow said, looking up at her and smiling a bit shakily. She could hear the roars of the were-bears, as if they were growing closer... The were-bears are extremely competitive... they'll catch a fight with each other before they catch a fight with us, she thought, more to reassure herself than anything.

*facepalm* Why, Waffle, why?!
Abeline flashed a quick smile before trotting off into the woods. Her footsteps were muffled by the thick soles of her feet, though she knew that the two would have no trouble following her. The roars of the were-bears were loud, but Abeline expected little trouble from them; she had made her point of living here quite clear on her first day in the area, mainly involving her bow, her arrows, and some blood.

They both, indeed, followed easily. Fallow levitated a bit higher every other step, for she hadn't shut down her levitation ability (it was fun for her, anyways). Marshall, highly disturbed by the roars of the were-bears, drifted slightly closer to his sister.

Abeline's paused, twitching an ear backwards. She could do this even in her human form, and it looks a little strange. She paused, then switched direction abruptly, without a word. "Were-bears." She murmured silently, a warning. She continued creeping stealthily away from the sound.
