I got the professor's challenge and I might have won, but he didn't give me anything nor he didn't say anything and he took away the pokemon :(

If the level of your quest pokemon was higher than Oaks before the deadline (today 8:00 a.m.), then you should visit prof. Rowan once again in his lab to claim your prize.

i have the same problem i beat oak and checked the lab. my magikarp's level was around 206
and oaks below 150
after i checked around 08:30 server time there was
no retro egg no message in the lab. as it's never happened

I hope i have not to repeat the whole thing again it was stressful enough.

This does seem to be a bug, and you're not the only one (From what I can tell).
Just wait for Riako to come online, and he'll fix this once he sees this thread ^^

Definitely not the only one, zerohym just posted about the same issue and I'm facing it too, though it was closer for me. Went to bed at like 3am server time and I was 20 levels ahead by then (~104 to ~85).

Yeah, the Sandile I was raising was twice the level of Oak's and it's no longer in my party and I got no reward from it ; n ;

Same here, even though I lost Oak was 3 levels above me I went back and there was nothing :(

Riako, I know the dex number, but I can't exactly remember the name of the pokemon I got for the challenge. Failing so many of the challenges, I never was concerned with their names, but with levels. :/

I took a gamble with the name. I guess I got it right? Thanks for the fix Riako.
