Warning - emotional and personal!

I was crying all last night and didn't get any sleep I was so scared thinking the worst... I found a lump.... "downstairs" and I thorght it was the "C" word..... went to the doctors today, and thankfully it wasn't, it was something else, so it's a big relief. Now I'm paying the price of not sleeping, been very stressed, headache etc.. sigh... but I'm glad it was nothing serious.. phew!
