I know that your pokemon, whether in the box or in your party are interacted with when you join a clicklist? How do I get a specific pokemon or a specific group of pokemon to increase their exp? Should I put them in my party, or is it not possible at all?

You have different types of Clicklists.

"Online Userlist" gives you the Party Pokemon/eggs of everyone who is curently online.
"Unreturned Favors" checks how many times User X has interacted with YOUR Pokemon and with how many Pokemon from user X you interacted, and gives you the amount of Pokemon/eggs from User X in the difference. Like if User X has interacted with 10 of your Pokemon, and you interacted with 2 of their Pokemon, the clicklist will give you 8 Pokemon/eggs from User X, with priority to Party Pokemon first and box Pokemon after that.
"Friendlist Party" gives you all Party Pokemon/eggs of people from your friendlist (maybe also restricted to online? Not sure about this)
"Friendlist Storage Boxes" gives you all Pokemon from your friendlist storage boxes.
"Newest Adoptions" is exactly what it is, which consists mostly of eggs (whcih have to be in party) because they are usually adopted.
"Random Clicklist" Just takes random Pokemon from every user on the page, which mostly consists of Storage Box Pokemon, because you can have way more Pokemon in boxes than in party.

So overall, I think its pretty balanced with Party vs Boxes, although boxes can hold more Pokemon so you will encounter more boxed Pokemon. And Users usually work through the clicklists from top to bottom, so online party first, then unreturned favors, friendlist party.

BUT the big thing about having Pokemon in your Party is the fact that, as long as you are actively online, those Pokemon can be featured on the Index page, receiving a lot of interactions.
So, in conclusion, if you want to actively level a Pokemon, you should have it in your Party.
